You send invoices, employees contracts and receipts we do the rest. This package has been created so that most clients will not incur extra charges over and above the monthly fee. The fixed costs per month includes the following:

• Payroll integration with online payroll system

• One hour of bookkeeping, payroll activities or 50 line items

• One hour of accounting work for VAT tax returns, bank accounts, etc

• Annual accounts production and filing (excl company house fees)

• Corporate, Partnership or Soletrader’s tax return

• Free access to your encrypted paperless back office

• Free Company Formation, if required/ beneficial

For larger business who require additional bookkeeping hours is charged at £16.99/h plus 20 pence per line item and additional accounting work is undertaken at £37.99/h.

TRADITIONAL YEAR-END SERVICES FROM £520+VAT

You provide us your trial balance in MS Excel from your accounting software and we produce your year-end accounts and tax return. A fixed fee of £520.00+VAT plus £37.99/hour when accounting or tax specifications and reconciliations take more than 5 hours. Ask for fixed fee quote.

FINANCIAL ADVICE AND REVIEW SERVICES

Provided online by our Partner who has 20+ years experience. The standard rate is £49.50/half hour.

PERSONAL TAX COMPLIANCE SERVICES

Straightforward income tax self assessments are charged at the lower of:

(1) £ 38.50 per half hour.

(2) A fixed fee depending on complexity:

(a) simple return with one source of income £ 149.00

(b) More than one source of income but straightforward £ 199.00

More complex tax returns are charged at £ 99.00 per hour.
