Why are you so much more cost effective than my old accountant?

We strongly encourage our clients to integrate as much as possible with other systems: online banking, online payroll and project management tools.

Are you based in the UK?

Yes we are based in the UK and all work is delivered by UK Chartered Accountants who are subject to the Institutes rigorous quality assurance standards. Our offices are in the centre of Watford, Hertfordshire and just with the M25. We use our own dedicated and qualified employees to scan your documents, file them securely and in encrypted format online and prepare your accounts. We do not use subcontractors.

How secure is my data and information?

The online system we use, Xero accounting software is the only online accounting software that is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

As with all security - it all depends on how well you take care of the key (password) that matters as well.

For anyone working in today's 24 hour international economy one of the biggest advantages of the online accounting is the immediate access to your financial data wherever you are. Many of these new service providers also offer simple graphics to summarise your accounts, the cash you have available etc. You can even access it on your iPhone!
